PLEASE include the following in a contact form or an email to jgershbock@antioch.edu:

Preferred first name (will be large)

Legal Last name (will be smaller)

Preferred pronouns. 

Select "pickup" at Antioch for delivery options. I can leave it for you at the Campus Services desk, and will send you an email to the email you used to place the order when the item will be ready and waiting for you. 

This can also be done with other institutions in custom formats and fonts.  If you want something similar but customized (different company, extra images, different size wood piece, etc.), send me an email before placing an order.
